Ticketmatic Sales is the most extensive ticketing application. The Ticketmatic Sales allows you to manage and track all orders in the system.

TM Websales
De Ticketmatic Websales is a web application allowing the audience to buy their tickets online.
The online ticketing is elaborated to provide an easy way for the audience to purchase e- tickets.
- There is a simple one-time registration for the construction of a customer database for marketing purposes. The data requested upon registration is to be decided by the organizer.
- The customer can print his tickets immediately if an instant payment method was chosen. The customer will receive an e-mail containing a link to the tickets.
- The customer can however also decide to pay by credit transfer. In that case an e-mail with the payment instructions is sent to the customer. If the payment is not completed within a defined timeframe, a reminder mail will be send automatically. Did the customer not pay before the final date, the order will be cancelled.
- The confirmation e-mail provides the customer an overview of his data stored in the customer database. If this information would no longer be correct, the customer can edit the information in the database.
- The e- tickets come in a pdf-format, with a large space for free-use by the organizer for promotions and other publicity.
- The organizer has an unlimited number of price categories at his disposal, as well as the possibility to use promotion codes, temporary price categories and specific prices for sales by external channels.
- The online ticketing can be closely monitored using the Ticketmatic Monitor application.
TM Boxoffice
The Ticketmatic Boxoffice has been specifically designed for ticketing at the box office.
