The 150-year old Antwerp Felix warehouse was transformed into a unique place where visitors can enjoy a range of events. Both performances and exhibitions are addressed through a collaboration with other cultural organizations.

For their online ticketing, Felixpakhuis selected Ticketmatic.

Important factors that played a role in the decision were: possibility to have an online ticketing according to own look & feel and the construction of an own customer database. Through the online ticketing, customer data gets collected by the ticketing system. This data can be further analyzed by the Ticketmatic solution to strengthen the publiek relations.

Felixpakhuis no longer has to deal with the sales monitoring, which will b e entirely peformed by Ticketmatic. Allowing them to decrease th internal workload.
