Ticketmatic

The Antwerp theater Baff has decided to work with Ticketmatic for all ticket reservations and ticketing.

Besides the classic advance sales and box office ticketing, Baff will also sell tickets online, which will reduce the internal workload and improve the customer service. In addition tickets will be sold at the box office and by the call center of Prospekta (ticketing agency).

Thanks to the Ticketmatic solution, Baff has a much better view of the audience and posseses more data to strengthen the public relations.
