Ticketmatic

How much does ticketing for festivals and events cost?  

For festivals and events an all-in pricing is being deployed. The details are listed below. In most cases the ticketing is completly free of charge for the organizers. 

Cost per ticket:

• 2€ per ticket when the price of the ticket is 15€ or above
• 1,5€ per ticket when tickets cost less than 15€

Important remarks:

• You decide if the fee per ticket will be charged to the audience or will calculated in the price of the ticket.
• You are committed to sell a minimum of 1000 tickets through Ticketmatic.

 Costs payment processing:

• Credit transfer: free of charge
• electronic payment (visa/mc, homebanking, ...): 3% of the processed sum will be charged to the ticket buyer.

Access controle

Ticketmatic delivers a sufficient number of scanners free of charge.  These can be picked up and brought back to the Ticketmatic offices, or can be sent by courier (shipping costs at expense of the organizer).
