Why do you ask my phone number?
Your phone number is used to further protect your account and tickets. You can use it to easily verify a new device when switching devices. Your phone number will never be shared, and we will never use it for other purposes than securing your account.
I didn't receive a login code
Click on 'Didn't receive the code?' to have a new code sent to you. Check your spam folder. If you still can't find an e-mail with a login code, contact email@example.com
What if my battery is (almost) dead?
Either print your tickets or log in on another smartphone (you will need to access your e-mail to get your login code).
Do I have to be online to show my tickets at the entrance?
No, when you purchase tickets, the tickets are transferred to the app and stored locally. So as soon as you can see your tickets under 'My tickets', you no longer have to go online to be able to show your tickets.
How can I resell my tickets?
Contact the venue for which you bought tickets.
I have a question regarding an event
Contact the venue for which you bought tickets (or check their website). Please don’t contact Ticketmatic as Ticketmatic is the ticketing software supplier and is not operationally involved in the tickets sales, so Ticketmatic cannot help you.
I want to print my tickets
Check the instructions in the confirmation e-mail you received after you bought the tickets. If you cannot find this e-mail, contact the venue where the event takes place.
Is my credit card information secure?
Yes it is. Ticketmatic never stores credit card information and works only with reputable payment service providers.
