The integration pulls events from Yesplan into ticketmatic, along with everything needed to put tickets on sale. Sales data flows back the other way automatically: running totals and per-event revenue are returned to Yesplan without any manual effort. Yesplan remains the source of truth for event information; ticketmatic remains the source of truth for sales data.

Between the two systems sits a logic layer that governs how data moves and gets populated. It handles more complex scenarios too, such as combining pricing configurations, auto-filling ticket fields, or building out events from predefined templates.

Yes. Data from Yesplan is automatically transferred into ticketmatic, including all fields relevant to ticket sales: profile, status, schedule, and custom data.

Sales data flows back the other way as well. Running totals and per-event revenue are automatically returned to Yesplan. The logic layer between the two systems determines exactly how data is transferred and filled in. As one example, a field in Yesplan can be automatically populated with seat descriptions for blocked seats in ticketmatic, which is useful for pre-configuring wheelchair access and similar arrangements.

The standard price per production is set in Yesplan and carried over into ticketmatic automatically. Ticketmatic continues to work with price lists for selecting ticket types. The integration combines both so that pricing and price structures are applied correctly, with no manual work required.

Yes. Using purpose-built template events, unseated events can be fully created in ticketmatic with a single click, directly from Yesplan.
