2025 as a turning point. 2026 as a promise.

As we reach the end of the year, we at ticketmatic look back with pride on what 2025 has meant for our company. This was not an ordinary year. It was a turning point. A pivotal moment in which we made deliberate choices to build the foundations for the next phase of ticketmatic.

One of the most defining milestones was undoubtedly the launch of our new ticketmatic architecture, which we successfully brought into production. This was a strategic decision driven by a clear ambition: preparing ticketmatic for the future. The new architecture allows us to develop faster, more flexibly, and above all in ways that better match our customers’ needs. It opens new doors not only technologically, but also in how we collaborate with customers and partners, and how we continue to innovate together.

We also significantly stepped up our efforts around partnerships in 2025. We introduced a clear framework to approach collaborations in a more structured and sustainable way. Our partnership with publiq around UiTPAS is a strong and tangible example of this: thoughtfully designed, user friendly for organizers, technologically robust, and clearly valuable for the cultural sector.

2025 also brought us many new customers, for which we are deeply grateful. At the same time, we made important internal investments that will strengthen ticketmatic for years to come. Marketing gained a more prominent role within our organization, with the launch of a new website and our first targeted email campaigns to the market and to our customers. Our Customer Success team was expanded and further professionalized, with new colleagues and clearer processes. The positive feedback we are already receiving confirms that this was a crucial investment.

One of the most promising initiatives of the year was the launch of ticketmatic Studio. With this new team, we are fully committed to delivering tailored solutions for our customers. By combining deep expertise in ticketing and marketing with flexibility and creativity, we can support organizers in new ways. The first results and collaborations already demonstrate the potential of this approach.

In addition, 2025 was a year in which we took a close look at our company structure and management. By strengthening both, we made ticketmatic more agile while also firmly anchoring the organization for continued growth and international ambitions.

Taken together, these steps make 2025 a year in which we elevated ticketmatic to the next level. Just as important, they reaffirm that our strategy is the right one.

Our focus remains clear and unchanged: putting cultural event organizers at the center of everything we do. They deserve not only powerful tools, but also a partner who thinks along with them, looks ahead, and builds sustainable solutions together. Every step we take in that direction is met with positive feedback from the field. This is a strong encouragement to continue on this path with confidence.

Today, we proudly support more than 300 customers with their ticketing and marketing. In 2026, we aim to support them even better, address their challenges more precisely, and take meaningful steps forward together in how ticketing and marketing reinforce each other. At the same time, we are looking beyond the Benelux, with a clear ambition to build sustainable and valuable partnerships internationally as well.

2026 will be the year when today’s work becomes visible. The year in which vision turns into reality.

Thank you to all colleagues, customers, and partners. Together, we made 2025 a defining year, and together we look ahead to 2026 with confidence and ambition.
