- Log in using the same email address you used to purchase the tickets.
- Your mobile tickets will appear automatically in the app and can be used at the entrance.
Still can’t find them? Contact the organization you booked with. They can resend the tickets.
Each organizer has its own policy. Contact the event organizer directly to ask what is possible.
