At ticketmatic, we provide the platform that cultural organizations use to manage their ticket sales. This means we don’t have direct access to your order or payment.

We only provide the ticketing software. Your purchase was made directly with the cultural organization, not with ticketmatic. Only they can modify your payment, ticket, or seat reservation.

  • Still nothing? Contact the organization you booked with. They can resend your tickets.

Looking for your tickets in the ticketmatic app?

  • Log in using the same email address you used to purchase the tickets.
  • Your mobile tickets will appear automatically in the app and can be used at the entrance.
  • Still can’t find them? Contact the organization you booked with. They can resend the tickets.

Each organizer has its own policy. Contact the event organizer directly to ask what is possible.

The organizer is the right contact for this as well. They can update your details and make sure you receive the correct information.

  • Still not there? Contact the organization and, if possible, include proof of payment so they can resolve it more quickly.

Yes! Just make sure you’re logged in with the same email address you used to buy the tickets. Your mobile tickets will appear automatically and can be used at the entrance. You can find more info on the app here.

  • Check your bank statement, credit card overview, or the transaction history in your payment app.
  • If the payment is listed but you haven’t received tickets, contact the organization you bought them from.

Yes. ticketmatic never stores credit card details and only works with trusted payment providers.

Ticketmatic provides software for venues but does not own your data. The venue where you buy tickets manages your information. Please check the venue’s privacy policy.

Questions about the ticketmatic app

The ticketmatic app runs on Android devices (version 7.0 or higher) and iPhones (iOS 15.0 or higher).Note: rooted or jailbroken devices are not supported.

Click “Didn’t get the code?” to request a new one. Also check your spam folder. Still no email? Contact info at ticketmatic dot com.

Print your tickets or log in on another smartphone (you’ll need access to your email to retrieve the login code).

No. Once purchased, your tickets are transferred to the app and stored locally. As soon as you see them under “My tickets,” you no longer need to be online to present them.
