Setting up views

Use views to provide custom information about the main entities in the Ticketmatic applications. Customize the grids in the Orders, Events and Contacts apps.


By creating custom views you can select the columns to display. You can create multiple views to give users more insight.

Views are managed in the Views module in the Settings app. Click the button below to go there:

Getting started: create a new View

  1. Click the Add button in the Order section to create a new Order view.
  2. Give a name
  3. Select the columns to show in the view. You select columns from the available field definitions. If necessary, create a new field definition to display the info you need. More info on field definitions
  4. Optionally, select the column to sort the view on
  5. Save the view. The new view is now available in the Orders app.
